The documentation set will be shared within 1-3 business days, via the UNGM website (Correspondence tab), after the assessment of the received Intention to Bid documentation package conducted in compliance with the details outlined in 4.2 Intention to Bid. WHO will organize an on-site visit to provide potential bidders with the opportunity to inspect the premises, assess the current conditions, and review the existing audiovisual (AV) equipment. Please note that participating in the site visit and submitting an intention to bid are mandatory requirements to submit a proposal to this RFP. Only those suppliers will be invited to the site visit that passed the pre-screening conducted based on the Annex 7 - Pre-Screening Form and other submitted documents with together with the Intention to Bid. Invitation will be shared latest one day before the site visit. The dates related to Intention to Bid, Site Visit, Questions and Submission of Proposals are detailed in the attached RFP document unless otherwise indicated above. IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) using the WHO electronic tendering portal, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full WHO RFP details, request clarifications on the RFP, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered with Basic Level as a WHO vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. For guidance on how to register on UNGM and submit responses to WHO tenders in the WHO electronic tendering portal, please refer to: - the attached UNGM guide: Instructions on how to register with WHO and access WHO tenders - the user guide and other resources available at: http://www.who.int/about/finances-accountability/procurement/en/ This Request for Proposal is not opened to Individual bidders. PLEASE NOTE: WHO normally expects Bidders to express their intention to bid short after the publication of the RFP. Clicking on the blue "Express Interest" or on the "Opt In" button (bottom of the "RFP Document" tab page) is not a formal Intention to Bid. Bidders must refer to the RFP documents to get detailed information on this process. The timely and successful registration with UNGM as well as the communication resulting from a bidder's inaccurate or wrong registration and will not modify the RFP process or timelines to accommodate such inconvenience. -> WHO does not send the RFP documents by email.
