Internship opportunity within the Communication and Information Sector to support its mission of promoting freedom of expression, media development, and knowledge societies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and review of project documents
- Draft notes and prepare technical annexes
- Prepare conceptual framework/concept notes
- Collect, organize, and analyze data
- Contribute to the production of documents, working papers, and concept notes
- Assist in the development of technical support for new interventions or projects
- Undertake specific research and reviews
- Contribute to the preparation of knowledge and communication products
- Participate in meetings and seminars
- Analyze and compile background data for partnerships and fundraising
- Arrange briefings, visits, tours, and meetings
- Liaise and build networks with officials, researchers, and international organizations
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, workshops, and conferences
- Support the preparation of specific budgets, financial and accounting documents, and project documentation and evaluation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled AND on the 3rd (third) year or final year of your Bachelor’s degree; OR
- Currently enrolled in your second university degree, Master's or PhD degree or equivalent; OR
- Finished your Bachelor’s, Master's or PhD degree within the last 12 months
