Tasks Summary

• Responds to donor inquiries via phone, mail, and email
• Updates CRM with donor information
• Oversees donation fulfilment process
• Supports street campaign logistics
• Validates daily transactions and reconciles donations
• Manually uploads donations to CRM
• Checks quality of data received from partners
• Manages bank dispatch process
• Archives donation forms
• Consolidates material requests and organises orders
• Tracks inventory materials
• Monitors expenses
• Develops communications and collaterals
• Manages data extracts
• Manages fundraising mail dispatch
• Participates in meetings
• Reports KPIs
• Adheres to working hours
• Supports daily management of street activities
• Supports Sextant development
• Executes acquisition and retention campaigns
• Develops donor communications
• Undertakes other fundraising activities

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or client relations roles
• Proficiency in using CRM

Languages Required: • Fluency in French and German• Working proficiency in English

Languages Preferred: • Fluency in Italian is an advantage

Work Modality: Requires physical presence due to handling of sensitive donor data and administrative tasks. The position does not permit home office work.
