This project aims to support participants' personal, social, and cultural development. It seeks to provide cultural awareness, social skills, social consciousness, personal growth, educational and career opportunities, and digital competencies. Participants develop themselves and contribute to society. The project offers young people opportunities to help, learn, produce, and grow, fosteang their development into more conscious, responsible, and active individuals. - Between 18-30, - Requires no visa or already have a valid visa - With a passport - Female - Can start immediately - Open to volunteering for 4 months Accommodation, food and transport arrangements Accommodation; The volunteer will stay at our flat which has 3 rooms + 1 living/resting room. Pocket Money; will be paid 150€ as cash in EURO, per month. Food Money; will be paid 150€ as cash in EURO, per month. Travel Cost: will be paid according to distance canculator Insurance: The volunteeers will get incurance certificate by Henner Company Visa and Residence permit expenses will be paid by project budget. Your sending organization will assist you in this regard. Training during the activity Participants will volunteer for 4 months. LANGUAGE SUPPORT: The volunteer will receive OLS language support, if the activity periods exceed 120 days. İf the hosting organization has opportunity, can provide language support to volunteer. TRAINING AND SUPPORT: Hosting organization will be organized training and support for each of their activities if the volunteers feel need for it. VISA: The volunteer’s visa expenses will be reimbursed by reciving organization if the volunteer provides the original invoice. MENTOR: For personal support, the volunteer will have a mentor. Participant profile Being interested in the topic of the project, being interested in different cultures, being creative, active, open-minded, and available with teamwork, being voluntarily workable, being ready to take responsibilities.Being open to education and innovations, being able to represent his/her own country and sending organisation in the best way,being able to speak English at least to express himself or herself, being solution oriented and tolerant, working planned, to accepts all rules of Erasmus+ programs, being disadvantaged (social,cultural, economic,geographical)
