Contribute to the development of the Youth Centre by organising and supporting activities for young people, providing the necessary information to citizens and offering suggestions to improve the communication process. Collaborate with the ‘CENTRO RAMÓN Y CAJAL’ Museum on its exhibition project and cultural activities programme within the framework of the PATRIM Network. Collaborate with the ‘LA COOPERATIVA’ Hub-Tech and support activities aimed at entrepreneurs and other users. Collaborate in training and promotion activities. Reference websites: www.ayerbe.es www.patrim.net www.ideapolis.eu Accommodation, food and transport arrangements Volunteers will be accommodated in a shared flat in Ayerbe, where the association has its headquarters and where it carries out practically all of its activities. The flat will be shared by two volunteers. The association covers all accommodation costs and each month volunteers will receive €150 in pay and €200 in living expenses. It is not necessary to use any form of public transport, as we have intercity transport connecting Ayerbe with Huesca, Zaragoza and other surrounding cities. Training during the activity Volunteers will receive training upon arrival covering topics such as language, for volunteers who are not native to the country, practical issues regarding accommodation, daily life, local customs, etc. In addition, specific training will be provided for each centre in which they collaborate, taking into account aspects such as: programming, organisation and monitoring of activities, design of training programmes, definition of social revitalisation activities, etc. Participant profile We are looking for collaborative, creative and flexible volunteers who are eager to learn about a new culture and live in another country, and who are able to adapt to a lifestyle different from their own. You must be motivated, willing to learn Spanish, aware of the responsibilities involved in being an EVS volunteer and willing to collaborate in the Association's activities. You must also be willing to share accommodation and domestic tasks with other EVS volunteers from different countries, to live together and share new experiences.
