UNESCO Procurement Notice: Procurement of IT services (software development) to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for Transition and Enhancement of the National TVET Platform: Employers Cabinet & Support
UNESCO invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the Procurement of information technology services (software development) to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for Transition and Enhancement of the National TVET Platform: Employers Cabinet & Support. The Contractor will advance Ukraine’s national TVET digital platform by developing and integrating a dedicated Employers Cabinet, thereby systematizing collaboration between businesses, TVET institutions, and students. The enhancements will make on-the-job training (OJT) more transparent, simplify hiring pathways, and provide administrators with scalable and reliable data and controls, with the aim of achieving measurable improvements in operational efficiency and service quality.
