Overview

Develop and pilot ECE teacher and local manager focused materials to improve hygiene and sanitation practices and support sustainable, pandemic-ready early learning spaces. Design resources to strengthen ECE teachers’ capacity and resilience for safe and continuous education delivery.

Tasks Summary

• Develop and pilot ECE teacher and local manager focused materials
• Design resources to strengthen ECE teachers’ capacity and resilience
• Carry out tasks under the supervision of the UNICEF Early Childhood Education Officer

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in education, hygiene/sanitation (WASH), or health-related programming with children, teachers, and families
• Proven experience in developing training modules, educational resources for teachers and administrators
• Proven experience in delivering trainings
• Demonstrated knowledge of child rights, gender equality, and inclusive education
• Previous experience with UNICEF

Qualification Requirements

PHD degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Health, Nursing, Social Sciences, or related fields

Other Details

Contract Duration: 36 months from November 2025-November 2028

Work Modality: home based• travel for face-to-face trainings, validation workshops, and other in-person meetings as required

Remuneration: All costs, including travel, accommodation, administrative costs, etc. shall be covered by the contractor and should be included in the financial proposal as a separate heading and broken down into details of accommodation and travel costs in line with UN DSA rates• Price proposals in TRY should be valid for 36 months• Payment will be made in installments upon submission of the deliverables• UNICEF will issue the contract in TRY
