Support financial management functions in IOM Vanuatu, including data input, query response, and payment verification.

Tasks Summary

• Extract and input financial data
• Respond to financial queries
• Assist in payroll preparation
• Review payments
• Assist in cashflow forecasting
• Verify vendor requests
• Perform claim verifications
• Prepare receipt and journal vouchers
• Assist in report preparation
• Provide assistance to staff services
• Ensure systematic filling of accounting documents
• Responsible for Petty Cash

Experience Requirements

• High School diploma with four years of relevant experience; or, Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant professional experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in SAP is a distinct advantage
• Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage

Qualification Requirements

• High School diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finances, or related fields
