Overview
Provide a full range of administrative and business support to the Chief Investment Officer 2 (CIO2), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents, and facilitating communications.
Tasks Summary
- Perform complex and confidential administrative responsibilities.
- Manage the CIO2’s schedules and provide logistical support for meetings, travel, accommodation, and events.
- Serve as the first point of contact for CIO2 Office/department, liaising with internal and external contacts and prioritizing queries.
- Oversee and monitor project information flow, screening, sorting, and analyzing.
- Establish, maintain, and update correspondence, document filing systems, and contact databases.
- Liaise with internal departments for daily administrative tasks including office maintenance, ordering supplies, setting up conference services, preparing expense claims, and managing vendors.
- Help organize departmental retreats and provide logistic support to team activities and departmental initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the CIO2.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in a large international/financial institution; multilateral development bank(s) experience would be an advantage.
- Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (economics, finance, legal, public policy, business administration, international affairs, etc.) from a reputable university.
