ILO Procurement Notice: Assessment of the BDS training market, adaptation and contextualization of training SIYB materials in Tripoli, Libya
The ILO seeks to lay the ground work for future expansion of the availability and quality of entrepreneurship training in Tripoli. Ultimately, the ILO envisages this by introducing and scaling up the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme, including the Generate Your Business (GYB), Start Your Business (SYB), Improve Your Business (IYB), and Digitalise Your Business (DYB) packages. As a first step towards this, the ILO seeks to engage a Master Trainer who will work in partnership with a company legally registered in Libya for the implementation of this assignment. Please note that the contractual agreement will be established with the registered company. Hence, the ILO is seeking the services of an experienced company and ILO Master Trainer to assess the business development services (BDS) and entrepreneurship training market in Tripoli, and adapt and contextualise the SIYB and DYB materials to the local context. The findings of this assignment will be used to inform potential future work with selected public and private partner organizations to build local business service providers’ capacity to deliver SIYB training sustainably to women, youth, IDPs, and other marginalized groups in and around Tripoli. These terms of reference detail the activities, tasks and objectives related to the delivery of this assignment.
