UNICEF Procurement Notice: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH AND SUPPLY OF ICT EQUIPMENT
BACKGROUND The Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI) through the Department of Information Communications Technology (ICT) operates two (2) facilities that require high availability of electricity. The ministry wishes to ensure the acquisition and operational deployment of high-quality Automatic Transfer Switches (ATSs) that can automatically switch the facilities# power supply between the national grid and backup generators during outages. Furthermore, the ministry wishes to improve the environment within network distribution points that extend services from the data Centres to end users. The improvements include supply and installation of anti-static mat, cooling system, UPS, access control and surveillance and fire suppression at the network distribution points. 2. SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS LOT 1 # SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 2 AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCHES UNICEF Lesotho, in support of MICSTI invites eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of ATSs that comply with the technical specifications stated below at the premises of the MICSTI located in Finance House 2nd Floor and Moposo House 3rd Floor.
