Overview

Provides intensive case management and advocacy services for individuals and families who experience harm or abuse. Develops service plans and connects participants with various services and resources.

Tasks Summary

• Provide trauma-informed, person-centered case management and advocacy.
• Conduct intake, assessment, orientation, support, referral, and advocacy.
• Develop and manage service plans and timelines with participants.
• Assess and monitor participant progress towards goals.
• Ensure compliance with case file management and reporting requirements.
• Provide training to other service providers and represent IRC at outreach events.

Experience Requirements

• Significant experience in case management or direct services, social services, humanitarian relief, public service, or not-for-profit environment.
• Experience working with survivors of domestic violence and other harm strongly preferred.
• Experience and training in trauma-informed approach.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of professional boundaries.

Qualification Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Languages Preferred: • Additional fluency in relevant languages is desired.

Work Modality: • Standard, professional office environment (currently hybrid).

Remuneration: • Pay Range: $27 - $29
