Delivery date and time TThe bidder shall supply, deliver and install 60 GPS Chart Plotter with Fish Finder and AIS Transponder for fishing vessels in Barbados, including training for Fisheries team, within 8-10 weeks after the contract signature Delivery Terms (INCOTERMS 2020) DAP (Delivery at Place) Bridgetown, Fisheries Complex, Barbados Customs clearance (must be linked to INCOTERM) Shall be done by: UNDP’s broker will be handling the clearance Exact Address(es) of Delivery Location(s) The consignee details for the delivery location will be provided during pre-contract meeting Distribution of shipping documents (if using freight forwarder) Supplier must share shipping documents with UNDP prior to delivering the items at least 40 days before shipment arrival in beneficiary country for necessary government departments exemption.
