UNDP Procurement Notice: LTA for Case Management System Services for the Office of the Ombudsman
UNDP is launching a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Case Management System Services for the Office of the Ombudsman for UN Funds and Programmes and the UN Secretariat Ombudsman. The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live of a new secure case‑management platform, as well as for providing ongoing hosting, maintenance, technical support, and user‑license management throughout the duration of the LTA. The system must support case intake, tracking, reporting, analytics, and full data segregation between both Ombudsman Offices. The LTA will allow UNDP to issue call-off orders as needed during its term.
