Lead the MS Dynamics Application Management team and champion the integration of automation and AI within the ERP ecosystem. Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, security, and integration with other digital platforms.

Tasks Summary

• Lead MS Dynamics Application Management team of 11 employees
• Champion integration of automation and AI within ERP ecosystem
• Lead technical roadmap for ERP
• Act as focal point for technical expertise
• Manage continuous alignment between application, roles, access structures, data standards, and organisational structure
• Attract and retain highly motivated and qualified IT staff
• Engage as partner to stakeholders outside IT organisation

Experience Requirements

• Solid background in Dynamics Application Management
• Taken a leading role in global ERP implementations
• Managed applications through their entire lifecycle
• Demonstrated successful third-party integration
• Experience with DevOps or ITIL-based processes

Qualification Requirements

• Academic master’s degree
• Strong technical skills
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework (desirable)
• SAFe® certification (desirable)
• Solution/Enterprise Architect experience (desirable)
• Microsoft Certifications (desirable)

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in written and spoken English

Languages Preferred: Knowledge of French and Danish

Contract Duration: Permanent

Work Modality: Flexibly work from home when tasks do not require presence in the office

Remuneration: Salary and conditions will be in accordance with agreement between DRC and Lederaftalen (management agreement)
