Overview
Support and strengthen local partners in implementing Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) programs effectively, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and safe delivery of activities.
Tasks Summary
- Support needs assessments and partner identification
- Review partner proposals, logframes, and budgets
- Contribute to area-level planning and project initiation
- Provide technical and operational support to partners during implementation
- Monitor partner-led activities and ensure quality assurance
- Support project closure and organizational learning
- Act as programmatic focal point for partners implementing HMA activities
- Monitor partner performance and contribute to capacity development
- Coordinate and collaborate with other sectors and units
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-Technical Survey (NTS), Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE), or Clearance
- Hands-on experience supervising teams and providing technical support
Qualification Requirements
- University diploma (Master's degree in the relevant field)
- Formal certification in one of the HMA sub-sectors
