Overview
Support Oxfam Syria programme in planning and implementing emergency and resilience water, sanitation and Hygiene promotion activities to alleviate suffering of vulnerable population affected by ongoing conflict and any future emergency in Syria.

Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related fields holder 4 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree in other fields 6 Ys of experience
- Experience in community engagement, mobilization, and awareness-raising in public health, etc or a related role within the non-profit sector (as Hygiene Promotion Specialist, Community Engagement Officer, Health and Hygiene Promotion Facilitator, etc)
- Demonstrated knowledge of public health principles and hygiene promotion practices in humanitarian settings
- Familiarity with behavior change communication methods and community-based approaches to public health
- Proficiency in data collection and monitoring tools for hygiene promotion and public health assessments
- Skilled in facilitating health and hygiene sessions and training community leaders, volunteers, and other stakeholders
- Experience with designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks for hygiene promotion activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborating with health, protection, Gender, and WASH teams to ensure comprehensive health and hygiene interventions
- Experience in working with local partners, field teams, and community representatives
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder is essential, relevant fields in Public Health, Health Promotion, Medical fields, or a related field is preferable
