Overview
Establish and develop linkages with government, WFP, INGOs and other institutions to ensure quality programming and share lessons learned/best practices. Gain thorough understanding of community level comprehensive resilience plans.
Tasks Summary
- Support timely and efficient program reporting
- Contribute to project design
- Analyse and communicate complex information
- Share information collaboratively
- Contribute to contingency and scenario planning
- Support recruitment of ACL project staff
- Identify and assess capacity needs of ACL staff and counterparts
- Provide technical guidance, support, and capacity building to ACL staff
- Ensure mainstreaming of gender, protection, and environmental management
- Provide regular updates on food security and livelihoods situation
- Carry out food security assessments and surveys
Experience Requirements
- Experience in management of ACL projects in a complex humanitarian environment with an international or multinational organisation
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian programmes
- Demonstrated experience of integrated gender and diversity issues into humanitarian programmes
- Good understanding of finance and admin procedures
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or engineering
