Promote results-based management and programme effectiveness, lead the implementation of innovative and effective monitoring and evaluation frameworks, ensure effective application of social and environmental safeguards across projects and programmes, and strengthens results reporting, including quality assurance.
Tasks Summary
- Lead and manage the planning, implementation, quality assurance and follow-up of evaluations in line with UNDP evaluation policies, strategies and guidelines
- Implement UNDP evaluation policies and CO evaluation strategy, ensuring evaluations are planned and delivered to corporate standards
- Lead the development and implementation of the CPD-funded evaluation plan and manages the annual cycle for commissioning and implementing decentralized evaluations
- Manage evaluation follow-up
