Overview
Support the Migrant Protection, Return and Reintegration Programme with data collection and documentation. Provide field-related support to the reintegration team.
Tasks Summary
- Attend and participate in mandatory training and assessments
- Conduct data collection based on need and workload
- Uphold data collection standards, and accurate handling and management of data
- Safely maintain and return all tools, equipment and/or assets provided by IOM
- Complete all required forms and documentation within the stipulated timeframes
- Attend and participate in fieldwork progress meetings and debriefing sessions
- Support in the preparation of individual reintegration plans
- Support the documentation of AVRR files for further processing
- Participate in handover of beneficiaries’ grants and collect relevant documentation
- Conduct field visits, as and when necessary
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in Kobo data collection for UN agencies, NGOs, public institutions and or private sector
- Previous experience working with IOM in a similar role is preferrable
Qualification Requirements
Be enrolled in a university degree program and (preferably at final year) or holder of a university degree, within one year of graduation
