UNICEF Procurement Notice: UNICEF Syria EOI for Vendors List - 2026
Dear Sir / Madam, UNICEF Syria Country Office invites interested suppliers/service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be included in the supplier’s list for Goods and related services. Please read the submission instructions carefully: Submission deadline: 07 February 2026, 23:59 hrs. (Damascus Time). Late submissions will not be considered. Bid conference: a bid conference to explain the process, received questions and provide answers will be held on 19 January 2026 at 11:00 am- Damascus Time. Attendance is recommended. The conference will be held online only; attending is open to everyone by logging in using the following MS-Teams link: Join the meeting now Guidance of submission (two steps - IMPORTANT): Upload all required files to a public download link you create. The link must allow UNICEF to download the files without a password or other restrictions. UNICEF will not provide any link for profiles’ sharing, the link should be solely created by the company and access right to be given to UNICEF. Send one email only to [malkhousi@unicef.org] and copy Amjad Qaraawe [aqaraawe@unicef.org] and Rasha Hassan [rhassan@unicef.org]. In that single email: Make sure to use this exact subject format: EOI 46557 Submission – “Company Name” (replace Company Name with your legal company name). Make sure to share the download link (exact URL) and list the uploaded filenames. Attach a signed & stamped copy of all annexes included with this invitation (signed/stamped annexes must be attached to the email itself - not only uploaded to the link). Do not send more than one submission email. Multiple emails will not be accepted. Key Note: Failing to follow the above submission guidance and instruction will disqualify the submission, hence the profile will not be considered for any further evaluation. File requirements & guidance: Preferred format: PDF for documents. Avoid compressed files such as ZIP where possible. If you provide multiple files, place them in a clearly organized folder or a single downloadable file (but avoid zip if possible), we have experiences difficulties in dealing with uploaded compressed files. File naming example: Company Name_Registration.pdf, Company Name_CV_Project Manager.pdf. Ensure all files in the link are downloadable (no permissions or password prompts). UNICEF reserves the right to reject inaccessible submissions. Questions & clarifications: Send questions to [malkhousi@unicef.org] and copy [aqaraawe@unicef.org] and [rhassan@unicef.org]. Relevant Q&A that affects the EOI will be shared with all interested suppliers. Other notes: Submitting an EOI is a prequalification step only and does not guarantee any contract/PO award. By sending the download link you give UNICEF permission to access and download the submitted files for evaluation and verification. We look forward to your submission.
