UNICEF Sudan wishes to invite you to submit your proposal for the propose of establishment a Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for In-Land Transportation Services for UNICEF supplies, covering movements from UNICEF storage points and warehouses to capital states and localities, as specified in the LRPS-2025-9202051 and attached TOR. Duration of the LTA is 24 months, with a possible renewal for an additional period of 12 months. Offers should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received by e-mail ONLY to: sudansupplybids@unicef.org A pre-bid meeting will be held on 07.01.2026 @ 12:00 Hrs. Sudan local time (Online via team), you can access the link in the Links tab. Any firm wishes to attend the pre-bid meeting shall send confirmation email to jiibrahim@unicef.org Question and clarification can be received through the following email: jiibrahim@unicef.org & CC: halarab@unicef.org and will not be accepted through any other means of communication. The deadline for the receipt of the questions is 14.01.2026 @ 23:59 Hrs. Sudan local time. Offer should be submitted in USD Currency not later than, the 21.01.2026 @ 23:59 Hrs. Sudan local time. Otherwise, they will be considered invalid. The reference LRPS-2025-9202051 must be shown in the e-mail's subject. The reference"LRPS-2025-9202051 Technical Proposal" must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the technical proposal. AND the reference "LRPS-2025-9202051 Financial Proposal" must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the financial proposal. Proposals received in any other manner well be INVALIDATED. The Bid form (Page#3 to 5) must be filled & attached when replying to this invitation. Offers Validity must be not less than 120 days after the submission deadline. All corporate entities should be registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace website (https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration) before engaging in any activity with UNICEF. In case your firm is not registered yet on the UNGM site, you are advised to register and provide the UNGM number within your bid document.
