Tasks Summary
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of nutrition-sensitive food systems interventions, scaling up the 1st Foods Africa initiative.
- Provide technical support to integrate nutrition objectives into food production, processing, and distribution systems.
- Support identification, engagement, and capacity strengthening of local companies for nutritious food development.
- Contribute to review, development, and implementation of policies and regulations for nutrition-sensitive food systems.
- Contribute to collection, analysis, and use of data related to food systems and child nutrition.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in supporting the implementation of nutrition-sensitive food systems interventions.
- Experience in engaging the private sector for food systems development.
