Oversee, direct, and be accountable for the timely, quality, and cost-efficient performance of a portfolio of projects. Streamline MCO and Programme leadership priorities. Cascade portfolio, programme, and project management priorities. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Project Management Team. Ensure effective delivery of projects in line with partner commitments, organizational policies, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence. Lead, motivate, and manage the pool of Project Managers and other members of the PM Team. Ensure behavioral expectations for Project Managers and their teams are established. Actively contribute to the implementation and refinement of the Resources Pool Management Strategy.
