ILO Procurement Notice: Service provider for producing promotional items (Umbrellas) for SAW Project
The ILO SAW Project will contract a supplier to provide producing 200 umbrellas as per the agreed design. Expected qualification of the promotional product Type: one-way automatic opening umbrella, automatic three-fold umbrella 8 cells Weight: 350g – 500g Size: Folded lenghth: 25cm - 30 cm; Open length: 55cm – 60cm Radius of the umbrella canopy: 55cm Canopy diameter: 110cm - 117 cm; Horizontal diameter: 96cm - 100 cm. Material: Frame and ribs: Powder-coated, metal combined with carbon fiber. Handle: PVC plastic Fabric: Pongee fabric 190T, does not contain carcinogen formaldehyde. Coating: silver coating for water resistance and UV protection Water resistance: ISO 3 Sun protection ability: UPF 50+, blocking UV rays up to 99.9% Printing Specifications: Design File Resolution Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) for images and logos. File format: AI, EPS, or PDF vector to ensure sharpness. Ink Quality Use UV ink or heat-transfer ink suitable for Pongee fabric. Ensure ink adheres well to silver-coated surfaces and is water-resistant. Printing Method Silkscreen printing or heat transfer for high durability. For multi-color logos, consider UV digital printing. Protective Layer Optional scratch-resistant coating or heat-sealed finish to prevent peeling. Printing technical tolerance: ±5% Covering: Double-layer – inner bag made of the same material as the umbrella fabric + outer luxury plastic bag. Umbrella bag without printing. Packaging: 50 pieces per box. Interested service providers are encouraged to send their applications to conduct the assignment. Application packages, preferred in the English language, should include: A quotation with details on unit price, total costs and relevant taxes; A copy of the business registration and the profile of the service provider.
