ILO Procurement Notice: Call for External Collaborator: Experienced consultant to draft press releases, take photos and support communication in English and Japanese “Building Responsible Value Chains in Asia through the Promotion of Decent Work in Business Operations" ILO-Tokyo
The tasks of the consultant will consist of the following: 1. Drafting press releases and take photos for at least 6 events in both Japanese and English 2. Other contingency support as required by the project, and to be determined and agreed upon by both the consultant and ILO. Interested individuals must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications: Curriculum Vitae (CV) indicating all the relevant qualifications and work experience, including prior experience in similar work. A short cover letter indicating how your qualifications and experience make you suitable for the assignment. Main tasks of the consultant will be taking photographs of the events/seminars and preparing press releases / web articles in English and Japanese. Please indicate the consultant’s experiences and skills regarding these tasks. The cover letter should also include a proposed consultancy fee. Please indicate in the cover letter if the consultant can also undertake (i) Design or re-design (adapt) project communication materials, (ii) Short video recording and editing for social media, (iii) Developing social media posts. (If there are other tasks that the consultant can perform, the project may request these as tasks as the contingency support when necessary.) A short portfolio of previous work showcasing examples of designed communication materials, event photography, social media posts, press releases.
