Provision of Casual Labour and Warehousing Support Services UNICEF Nigeria Country Office UNICEF Nigeria Country Office invites qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for the Provision of Casual Labour and Warehousing Support Services under a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA). The LTA will support UNICEF鈥檚 warehouse and logistics operations primarily at the Lekki Free Zone warehouse, with possible support to UNICEF field operations as required. Services include warehouse operations, logistics support, and the provision and management of casual labour such as storekeepers and forklift drivers. The initial duration of the LTA will be two (2) years, with the possibility of a one-year extension, subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF鈥檚 operational requirements. Scope of Services (Summary) The successful bidder(s) will be required to provide, among others: Casual labour for warehouse operations, including loading and offloading of supplies Storekeeping and inventory support Forklift drivers and forklift rental on demand Housekeeping and cleaning of warehouse facilities Documentation, reporting, and support to stock management Compliance with UNICEF safety, accountability, and incident-management requirements Full details of the scope of work, deliverables, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and contractual conditions are provided in the solicitation documents and Terms of Reference (ToR). Eligibility Companies legally registered in Nigeria Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, and labour management Availability of qualified personnel and appropriate equipment Compliance with Nigerian labour laws and applicable regulations Pre-Bid Meeting A pre-bid meeting will be held as follows: Date: 15 January Time: 1:00 PM (Nigeria local time) Interested bidders must register their interest using the link below. Bidders are strongly advised to carefully review the Terms of Reference (ToR) before preparing their submissions. Late submissions will not be accepted. UNICEF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to negotiate with bidders, and to award one or more LTAs in line with UNICEF procurement policies.
