UNRWA Procurement Notice: Construction of New Extensions and Alteration Works at Marka Camp Boys and Girls schools
The scope of work includes the construction of two annexes: one for the Girls' School with a total area of 1,782 m² and another for the Boys' School with a total area of 2,071 m². Additionally, it comprises the renovation of the existing building, as well as external works involving the yards, perimeter walls, water reservoir, and an underground rainwater harvesting tank. The contractor is responsible for all activities related to the procurement, delivery, and installation of materials required to execute the works. This includes transportation and unloading of all necessary equipment and materials on-site, execution of all construction works as detailed in the tender documents, and site cleanup upon completion. All work must be carried out in accordance with the project’s design, bill of quantities, and technical specifications.
