The organization is operating an on-premise server infrastructure providing critical ICT services including Active Directory, intranet, data storage, system authentication, and backup services. To ensure continuous, secure, and efficient system operations, the organization requires professional service for a Long Term Agreement to support for server maintenance as well as the subscription of Azure Backup for online data protection. The contract can be extended for up to 3 years depending on the work performance. Duration: - Server maintenance service for period 16 May 2026 to 15 Feb 2027 - Azure Backup subscription for period 16 Feb 2026 to 15 Feb 2027 Duty Station: 304 Kim Ma, Ngoc Ha, Ha Noi, Viet Nam Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
