Overview
The post holder will coordinate EU-INTPA project partners and the PIE field team to ensure project implementation as per donor agreements. The role involves providing guidance and support to frontline staff and coordinating with consortium members.
Tasks Summary
- Coordinate EU-INTPA project partners and PIE field team in targeted regions, refugee camps, and host communities.
- Ensure projects are implemented as per donor agreements and monitoring agency requirements.
- Provide hands-on guidance, support, mentoring, and coaching to frontline staff.
- Coordinate and support project implementation by other consortium members.
- Liaise with the donor and submit timely and high-quality reports.
Experience Requirements
- Over ten years of experience.
- Minimum of six years in consortium program/project management within the UN/NGO sector.
- Adequate experience in implementing consortium programs/projects in refugee and host community contexts.
- Proven experience in managing complex and large project budgets exceeding 15 million Euros.
- Expertise in developing and implementing Child Protection and Education projects.
Qualification Requirements
MA/BA, MSc/BSc degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Education, Disaster Management, Humanitarian Sciences, Child Development, Development Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or other related fields.
