Overview
Support labour market integration for beneficiaries of international protection and temporary protection through employability support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support labour market integration through individual and group career counselling sessions.
- Participate in the mapping of potential employers and identify job vacancies.
- Participate in identifying opportunities and areas of employment to cultivate collaborations with private sector entities.
- Connect beneficiaries with job opportunities.
- Participate in the organization of workshops, seminars, and other events related to employability.
- Advise beneficiaries regarding additional documentation required to increase employment potentials and collect relevant documents for submission for reimbursement.
- Ensure accurate data entry and quality physical archiving of Means of Verification.
Required Experience
- Minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred.
- Valid driver's license with at least five years driving experience an advantage.
Qualifications
- University degree and/or higher in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Education and Lifelong Education, Economics or any other related field.
- Postgraduate degree or relevant trainings in the field of career counselling would considered an advantage.
