Overview

Lead the financial planning and analysis team to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

Tasks Summary

• Manage and support the FPA team to deliver accurate and timely financial planning and reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership teams at HQ and in countries.
• Build alignment with the team and across teams during periods of transformation.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to enhance systems and analytics.

Experience Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including some leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in international NGOs or multi-country organizations (desirable).

Qualification Requirements

• University degree in finance, business management, or accounting.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in English.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Arabic.

Contract Duration: Permanent

Work Modality: Copenhagen (Headquarters)

Remuneration: Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the agreement between DRC and Lederaftalen (management agreement) which is available at lederne.dk.
