UNDP Procurement Notice: Development and implementation of the E-Justice CMS for the Supreme Court of RT

Tasks Summary

The purpose of this contract is to develop a software of the prototype E-Justice Case Management System (E-Justice CMS) for four selected civil case types and to support the implementation of the E-Justice CMS in Rudaki district court of Republic of Tajikistan. The contractor’s work will be informed by: 1. a human-rights based approach to access to justice solutions that are people-centered and in line with international standards, 2. sensitivity to design that promotes judicial accountability, transparency, and accountability, 3. sensitivity to gender inclusive and accessibility approaches to access to justice that prioritize leaving no one behind, 4. international best practices on e-governance solutions, and 5. the unique challenges of Tajikistan including the country-specific digital gap.
