Tender description: This RFQ refers to the Supply of Laboratory Equipment (Part LXXIX) for SES of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The requirement consist of 23 items into 3 lots: Lot 1: Laboratory Consumables for Laboratory Testing (7 items): Item 1: Universal Plastic Pipette Tips for Micropipettes, Volume Range 0.5–10 µL Item 2: Universal Pipette Tips, 200 µL, for assay setup Item 3: Universal Pipette Tips, 1000 µL, for assay setup Item 4: Cryovials, 1.8 mL Item 5: Temperature Loggers (Thermologgers) Item 6: Cryogenic Labels (Cryo Labels for Tube Identification) Item 7: Thermal Labels (for Vacutainers / Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes) Lot 2: Consumables for Sample Collection (4 items): Item 1:Vacuum Blood Collection Tube with EDTA Item 2: Blood Collection Needles with Safety Cap and Attached Holder Item 3: Butterfly Needle (Winged Infusion Set) for Vacuum Blood Collection System Item 4: Standard Holder for Securing Vacuum Blood Collection Tubes and Needles during Venipuncture Lot 3: Consumables for Sample Collections (12 items): Item 1: Alcohol Swab Item 2: Bactericidal Adhesive Bandage (Adhesive Plaster) Item 3: Elastic Tourniquet in Cassette for Adults, or Equivalent Item 4: Medical Waste Collection Container Item 5: Medical Examination Gloves (Nitrile), Size M, for assay setup Item 6: Polypropylene Autoclave Bags Item 7: Disposable Medical Face Mask Item 8: Disposable Medical Gown, Size L Item 9: Paper Towels, Roll Type Item 10: Liquid Soap with Dispenser Item 11: Skin Antiseptic with Dispenser Item 12: Zip-Lock Bags (LDPE Bags with Zip Closure) Note to Bidders: Bidders are allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, the Bidders must offer 100% of the quantities specified for each lot. Evaluation will be done separately for each lot.
