Tasks Summary
Experience Requirements
- Minimum average annual construction turnover of USD 2,500,000.00 calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years.
- Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least 2 contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last 5 years and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation under each contract exceeds USD 1,500,000.00.
- Similarity means a work contract that includes design and construction of building including installation of utilities and services under one single contract.
