Experience Requirements
- Participation as a contractor, joint venture partner, or Subcontractor, in at least two (2) contracts that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last ten (10) years (from 2015 to 2024), and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation under each contract exceeds Seven Million Five Hundred Seventy Thousand US Dollars (USD 7,570,000.00).
- Minimum average annual construction turnover of Seven Million One Hundred Thousand US Dollars (USD 7,100,000.00), calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years (2022, 2023, 2024).
- Financial resources meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of One Million US Dollars (USD 1,000,000.00).
