Overview
This is an invitation for bids for the supply, installation, and maintenance of Solar Panel Systems for 20 schools and Dushanbe Pedagogical College as part of the Improving the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Secondary Education Project.

Experience Requirements
- Successful completion as main supplier within the last three (3) years of at least two (2) contracts each valued at US Dollars Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand (US$ 780,000) with nature and complexity similar to the scope of supply.
- Minimum average annual turnover of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand (US$ 1,950,000) calculated as total payments received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three (3) years.
- Submission of audited financial statements for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023, 2024) to demonstrate current soundness of financial position. Bidder’s net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive.
