Support the Unit’s linguistic output by managing internal and external translation workflows, including pre- and post-processing checks, quality assurance, documentary research, and terminology support. Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Unit by strengthening internal communication, managing collaborative tools, and acting as a key link between translators, managers, and other stakeholders.
Appropriate professional experience of at least three years if secondary education is the highest level of education attained.
Languages Required: • A thorough knowledge (minimum level C1) of one of the 24 official languages of the EU • AND a satisfactory knowledge (minimum level B2) of a second official language of the EU, to the extent necessary for the performance of the duties. • Excellent command of written and spoken French. • Solid working knowledge of English.
Languages Preferred: Proficiency in German is considered an asset.
Contract Duration: The duration of the 1st contract will be of 1 to 4 years. The contract might then be extended only once for a maximum of 2 years.
Work Modality: Possibility of teleworking
Remuneration: The pay of staff members consists of a basic salary supplemented with specific allowances, including, where applicable, expatriation and family allowances.
