The Communications Intern will provide communications support to the UN Resident Coordinator's Office in Monrovia, Liberia, focusing on social media, visibility, public relations, and media engagement.
Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.
Must be enrolled in a university (preferably Junior or Senior Student) or have completed a bachelor's or equivalent degree in Journalism, Communications, Arts, Information Communications Technology, International Relations, or other related fields.
Languages Required: Fluency in oral and written English is required. Must have written and spoken proficiency, as well as good writing and editing skills in English.

Remuneration: Interns are not financially remunerated by the United Nations. Costs and arrangements for travel, visas, accommodation and living expenses are the responsibility of interns or their sponsoring institutions.
