Overview
Provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to IOM’s labour mobility and reintegration programming in Papua New Guinea.
Tasks Summary
- Support day-to-day implementation of labour mobility and reintegration activities.
- Track activity timelines, deliverables, and action points.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for consultations.
- Support routine coordination with the LMU and relevant partners.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
- Maintain organized project files.
- Support basic data cleaning, organization, and entry.
- Support organization of training workshops.
- Assist with coordination of translation, printing, and adaptation of training materials.
- Support compilation of training reports.
- Assist with coordination with partners, consultants, and service providers.
- Support preparation of inputs to reports.
- Compile and maintain databases, contact lists, and service provider directories.
- Assist with documentation of lessons learned and project monitoring reports.
- Support administrative and procurement processes.
- Assist with tracking of expenditures.
- Undertake other programme support tasks as requested.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in programme support, administration, or project coordination;
- Experience supporting training workshops, consultations, or field-based activities is an advantage;
- Experience working with government counterparts or development partners is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Relevant administrative or programme support certifications are an asset.
