Overview

The role involves conducting an external review of the office architecture, assessing existing workflows and processes, and co-creating new practices to simplify and ensure efficiency of day-to-day operations.

Tasks Summary

• Review and analyze office ambitions, structure, and legacy practices.
• Review and analyze current office workflows/processes to identify areas for simplification and amendments.
• Conduct inception visit for staff consultation, observation, and gap analysis.
• Facilitate co-creation workshop with the team.
• Present findings, observations, and recommendations to Senior Management and staff.
• Produce a final report with actionable recommendations and models.

Experience Requirements

• At least 20 years of professional experience.
• 15 years of extensive experience in the UNICEF operational environment.
• Solid knowledge of UNICEF strategic documents (CPD, CPMP, AMP, etc.).
• Experience of working in the UN system is an asset.

Qualification Requirements

• Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, Accounting, or other related areas.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Fluency in English.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge of Russian is an asset.

Contract Duration: March – June 2026

Work Modality: Remote/Home-based (with two office visit), two travels to Minsk, Belarus
