The Registration Assistant supports registration activities, responds to queries from asylum seekers and refugees, and maintains registration records. The role may involve reception, filing, and data management functions.
1 year relevant experience with High School Diploma; or Bachelor or equivalent or higher. Experience in social services, the humanitarian sector, and/or data entry. Familiarity with UNHCR is preferred. Experience in working with UNHCR proGres software is desirable.
High School Diploma; or Bachelor or equivalent or higher. Certificates and Licenses: Social Sciences; Statistics; Mathematics; Information Technology.
Languages Required: Fluency in English is required. Working-level proficiency in Dari, Farsi, or Pashto is essential.
Languages Preferred: Familiarity with the UNHCR proGres database is considered an asset.
