ILO Procurement Notice: Consultancy Services: Photography and Videography for the ILO Vision Zero Fund and CLEAR Supply Chains Projects in 2026
The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) for the provision of Photography and Videography Services in support of the Vision Zero Fund (VZF) and CLEAR Supply Chains projects in Viet Nam. The assignment aims to document project activities, events, field missions, and other interventions throughout the 2026 implementation period, in line with ILO communication guidelines, ethical standards, and safeguarding requirements. The required services include the production of high-quality photographic materials and, on selected occasions, basic videography outputs to support the visibility, reporting, and communication needs of both projects. Submission requirements Interested service providers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR), no later than close of business (COB), 25 February 2026.
