United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit tenders as follows: LOT 1 – Conference Organization I. Technical advice for the preparation of the conference II. Preparatory missions III. Venue setup coordination and oversight. IV. Provision of support staff V. Registration and accreditation services VI. Interpretation VII. Hotel accommodation VIII. Local transfers LOT 2 – Conference facilitation LOT 3 – Travel LOT 4 – Catering services Companies have the possibility to submit a proposal for all lots (the entire scope of the requirements) or only for selected lots (one lot or more). Based on proposals received, UNESCO keeps the right to award lots separately, or more than one Lot to the same service-provider. Please refer to the attached Procurement Notice.
