UNHCR Procurement Notice: FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICES TO UNHCR-EGYPT
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), established on December 14, 1950, by the United Nations General Assembly[1], requests your price quotation for the following Frame Agreement(s) with an initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for a further period of 1 (one) year. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the agreement. The estimated annual requirement of UNHCR is specified on Annex B specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). REQUIREMENTS Description: To Establish a Frame agreement for the provision of vehicle rental services in Cairo, Alexandria and other governorates, for UNHCR Egypt Staff. The detailed specifications can be found in the TORs attached as Annex A. For Services: Type of services and deliverables: To Establish a Frame agreement for the provision of vehicle rental services for UNHCR Egypt Staff. Location: in Cairo, Alexandria and other governorates. Duration and/or Frequency of Services: with an initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for a further period of 1 (one) year Find attached in ANNEX A additional information about the services required (TOR). RFQ Submission We would appreciate receiving your quotation on or before 26.02.2026 - 23:59 hrs CET. The quotations must be accompanied with the below mentioned documents. Submission email address: arecasup@unhcr.org; Company registration certificate. Acceptance of UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Goods (July – 2018 edition); please return signed and stamped copy of the document. Acceptance of the UN Supply Code of Conduct document; please return signed and stamped copy of the document. Tax registration certificate. Duly filled UNHCR vendor registration form. If you are a registered vendor with UNHCR, the vendor registration form can be returned blank, carrying your company’s name and the UNHCR vendor registration ID. Your offer/quotation must be duly signed and stamped with date sent via email on the given email address on or before the closing date and time. Please indicate in the e-mail subject field: RFQ/CAI/002/2026 Name of your firm Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2) Your quotation must be valid as least for [90] days. The standard payment terms of UNHCR is net 45 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR. please find attached in annex e the UNHCR’s general conditions of contracts for the provision of vehicle rental services to UNHCR Egypt you must clearly indicate in your quotation if you accept them.
