Overview
The Administrative (HR) Assistant will support hiring managers in the development and review of job openings, assist with applicant review, and process payroll for staff members and SC holders.
Tasks Summary
- Supports hiring managers in the development and review of draft job openings.
- Assists with the review of applicants to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
- Initiates and follows up reference checks and academic verifications.
- Initiates and prepares offer of appointment.
- Assists with the scheduling and coordination of assessment of candidates.
- Maintains up-to-date electronic roster for successful applicants.
- Processes monthly payroll for staff members and SC holders.
- Tracks and adjusts monthly danger pay.
- Creates and maintains FRN for monthly dangers.
- Acts as a certifying officer in SAP.
- Conducts exit interviews for separating staff.
- Prepares and drafts responses to HR-related queries.
- Participates in HR Working Group meetings.
- Performs other work-related duties as required.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resource, Administration, or operations.
- At least 5 years of working experience in international organizations and a diverse working environment.
Qualification Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
