Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director, ensuring the seamless operation and strategic coordination of the front office. This role serves as the backbone of the Director’s office, ensuring efficiency, precision, and excellence in all administrative and operational functions.
Tasks Summary
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the Front Office.
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain oversight of the Department’s work program, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
- Ensure quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively manage incoming emails, delegating tasks and preparing responses.
- Monitor and follow up on management decisions and assignments.
- Organize, retrieve, and track information and documentation.
- Oversee special departmental projects and handle ad hoc tasks.
- Serve as a key liaison for the Director, engaging with external clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
