Tasks Summary

Join our dynamic NGO "Logos Polska" where your ideas matter and your actions create real impact. You won’t just observe community work, you’ll be part of it, with a deep immersion into local culture. Poznań itself is the perfect backdrop for your volunteering journey. It’s a vibrant student city full of culture, green spaces, cosy cafés and an active civic scene. You’ll meet inspiring people, experience authentic Polish culture, and become part of an international and local community. From supporting youth initiatives and organising creative workshops to contributing to social campaigns, content creation and local events, your involvement will make a visible difference. During your time with us you will learn how to use innovative non formal education tools like digital components, outdoor learinig, art and more, all expanding your knowledge and hands-on experience. They will receive daily pocket money and food allowance. Travel will be reimbursed within the limits according to ESC guideliness. Training during the activity During this volunteering you will learn how to work in dynamically changing environment within multicultural team of people, with a huge interets in non formal education, international cooperation, innovative solutions and outdoor expeditions. As volunteer you will have the opportunity to bring your ideas to life, learn about internal organisational work, meet lot of young people and other volunteers, organise events and take part in workshops and social exchanges. This volunteering is an opportunity to improve skills like time management, public speaking, content creation and communication. Participant profile Young person 18-30 yo. Motivated to stay at least 6 months, preferably 10-12 months. Communicative level of English. Proactive and ready to work in an international team. Driver license would be a plus.
