You are invited to submit an offer for development of a modular online professional development programme for Inclusive Resource Centre (IRC) specialists, structured through two complementary and independent lots: The objective of Lot 1 is to develop the full conceptual, methodological and learning design foundation for a modular online professional development programme for specialists of Inclusive Resource Centres (IRCs) in Ukraine. The objective of Lot 2 is to transform the approved conceptual framework, curriculum structure and methodological outputs developed under Lot 1 into a high-quality, accessible and scalable online learning product for Inclusive Resource Centre (IRC) professionals.
