Overview

Provide technical authority and project support across the design, transition, and acceptance of Audio-Visual services in secure, mission-critical, and multinational environments. Focus on project delivery, engineering validation, and service transition.

Tasks Summary
  • Provide technical authority and project support across the design, transition, and acceptance of Audio-Visual services in secure, mission-critical, and multinational environments, including auditoria, control rooms, and multi-domain meeting rooms;
  • Focus on project delivery, engineering validation, and service transition, while day-to-day service operations are primarily delivered by external service providers;
  • Undertake Technical site surveys (infrastructure, acoustics, sightlines, operator workflows, power, security, network readiness);
  • Contribute to Statements of Work (SoW), technical specifications, and requirement baselines for AV projects;
  • Support acquisition and procurement activities such as bid evaluation and technical clarification with suppliers;
  • Mentor and/or coach team members on new voice and VTC technologies or features.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing audio-visual equipment and room integration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization;
  • 5–8 years AV engineering experience in secure or enterprise environments;
  • Full project lifecycle experience;
  • Experience with complex audio, video, and control systems;
  • Knowledge of AV signal standards and IP networking.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
  • Exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.

Remuneration: • 6,713.06 Euro (EUR) Monthly
